    Account Manager - Client Success Manager

    We're looking for a superstar that is highly motivated and ready to join the team with a passion for video marketing and all things tech/social.

    As the Client Success Manager, you'll possess the knowledge, experience, and 'can do' attitude within the video marketing eco-space – on and off YouTube.

    You've previously worked alongside Media Agencies and Client Brands. You're passionate about learning even more about video marketing offerings, digital media, and the capabilities of YouTube and off-YouTube platforms.

    With an attention to detail, you'll manage multiple complex projects with ease – whether this calls for organisational skills, statistical analysis, or business acumen. You'll always be ready and excited to put in the extra work.

    Here's what you'll get to do:

    • Help our clients execute campaigns in Google Ads, DV360, Meta, etc, by sharing tailored performance-enhancing tactics, strategies, and recommendations
    • Be the primary point of contact for your partners, responsible for both fielding incoming requests from them and proactively engaging them.
    • Communicate with clients proactively, via phone and email. Provide strategic advice and assist in meeting primary KPIs of their client's advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
    • Support customers through technical and strategic challenges while also expressing client needs to internal teams, in order to improve the overall product experience.
    • Analyze client data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and per-campaign basis, in order to create actionable solutions and lead initiatives in an effort to drive performance and reduce costs throughout the activity.
    • Be the expert on your client's goals, the current metrics driving their KPIs, and all relevant corporate and industry news and developments that may provide insight into the client's campaigns.
    • Identify common customer challenges and partner with cross-functional internal team members to interpret business and product needs
    • Understand the full suite of Kopa products and services to identify and deliver opportunities for additional Kopa-driven value.
    • Help brands achieve their advertising goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer support experience.

    Here's what we're looking for:

    • Must Have Previous Experience: 2-3 years of customer success management/account management, programmatic trading, or advertising operations experience.
    • A deep understanding of Google Ads and DV360 is critical for this role. Experience with other Google Marketing Platform suite tools and Meta (FB/IG) a plus.
    • Highly proactive and motivated self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication styles at all organisation levels both internally as well as with the client.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet deliverable deadlines.
    • Strong analytical skills, including a high level of comfort with Excel (experience with other analytics tools a plus), and comfort working on data-driven initiatives.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to notice and consider even the finest points and intricacies within a given task or situation, to ensure the most accurate information is provided to customers
    • Familiarity with the YouTube platform is a plus.
    • Highly consultative; able to effectively communicate technical systems and/or challenges into simpler concepts to empower customers' comprehension
    • Thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment and works productively and respectfully with a wide array of individuals.
    • Strong ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs, both spoken and unspoken.
    • Time management skills that are both strong and flexible, to successfully support clients in-market, as well as internationally.
    • Google Ads or YouTube certified a plus
    • Hands-on experience at a tech publisher or digital media agency is a plus
    • Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
