d. Creates test effort estimation based on the provided requirements for small to large sized projects
e. Develops effective test strategies and plans. Creates a Master Test Plan.
f. Reviews Test Cases and Test Scripts written by any team members. Make recommendations as necessary.

Properly executes the given test cases / test scripts, identifies the correct behavior of the system under test, replicates and reports uncovered defects.

Job qualifications:
Obtained a Bachelor's or College degree
At least five (5) years working experience in Quality Assurance and/or testing;
Must have an experience in E-commerce. HCL E-Commerce platform (preferably) but any e-commerce platforms will do (Salesforce Commerce, Magento, Shopify etc);
Must have an experience in API testing (POSTMAN);
Must have experience writing test cases and test scripts;
Must have an experience in creating a Master test plan;
Must have an in-depth understanding of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies and SDLC (both Waterfall and Agile Development)
With extensive knowledge of QA testing tools, different test approaches, standards and process;
Exposure in business operations related to manufacturing, distribution and financial operations will be an advantage
Experience in various system development environment;
Experience in leading a QA team in small to medium sized projects.
ISTQB Testing Certification is a plus but not required.
