    As an Corporate Events Planner, you can become a vital part of our expanding team and help us scale our events globally.

    Leading the charge from planning to execution, collaborating closely with vendors, creating captivating agendas, and utilizing social media to broaden our audience are all part of this thrilling role.

    You'll be the onsite hero, ensuring each event is a seamless experience. If you're a recent graduate with a passion for marketing and events, eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist event leaders in the planning, implementation and execution of brand promotion activities;
    • Create event's agenda
    • Collect customer information and explore customer needs;
    • Evaluate activity effects and prepare activity reports;
    • Understand the brand promotion trends of peers, analyze the market promotion situation of peers, and submit research reports;
    • Temporary and exceptional matters arranged by superiors.
    • Track event attendance and generate post-event satisfaction surveys.
    • Serve as the point person onsite for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
    • Track and report on registration numbers and other metrics.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Business Administration or related majors;
    • Familiar with brand management, marketing planning, public relations and other related knowledge
    • Have strong brand planning and marketing capabilities and strong execution capabilities.
    • Approximately 1 year of experience in marketing and/or communications, including internships
    • Active contributor to social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
    • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
    • Tenacious, collaborative spirit with a strong customer focus.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and quick thinking are essential.
