    Assistant Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences
    • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience managing event planners and/or event agencies and contractors.
    • Demonstrate ability to develop and execute successful marketing events and make sure set KPIs are met.
    • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors; can demonstrate a deep understanding of the financial impact of budgeting decisions and ROI on events.
    • Able to cascade and implement marketing initiatives to local branches/dealerships.
    • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all materials are printed or created in time for the event
    • Reviewing marketing materials created by outside vendors and approving them before they are used in an event marketing campaign
    • Communicating with clients to address concerns or answer questions about an event's progress
    • Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events
    • Support Marketing Head in implementing of nationwide marketing initiatives.
    • Has experience in regional coordination and set-up.
    • Previous experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.

    Requirements:

    A) EDUCATION LEVEL - College Graduate major in Marketing, Business Management, or Economics

    B) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - At least 5 years of background in similar marketing role, corporate communications, public relations and events management.

    C) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Customer oriented, can work under pressure and deadline, results-oriented with ability to represent the company to Dealer principals and Media partners, can resolve difficult situations. Friendly, courteous, strong work ethics and integrity, superior interpersonal, customer service. Team player, can easily establish professional rapport with co-workers, attention to details and quality orientation.

    D) CAPABILITIES & SKILLS - Analytical skills, planning and organizing, strategy and program development, communication and presentation skills, time management and multi-tasking. Proficient in computer (MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel).

    E) LOCATION - Willing to be assigned in Manila Bay, Parañaque City office.

    F) LICENSE - Can drive and with a Non-Professional driver's license
