    An exciting opportunity awaits you to join WiseTech Global as a Global Product Support Specialist. WiseTech Global is an Australian software company that specializes in providing logistics solutions. We are known for developing CargoWise One - a comprehensive software platform designed to streamline and manage logistics and supply chain operations.

    In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing product support for all CargoWise One modules. You'll be responsible for managing support structures and processes, ensuring the resolution of critical outages, and conducting incident investigations. This presents an exciting opportunity for you to embark on a substantial learning journey, where you'll handle different facets of the global logistics industry by implementing software solutions for business, operational, and technical needs within a centralized Global application.

    About You

    Key skills we seek include a passion for learning, problem-solving, and excellent group collaboration. The ideal candidate would ideally possess the following skills/experience:

    • Min Level 2/3 Product Support experience in software management required. ITIL knowledge is a bonus.
    • Experience in triage management and conducting incident investigations.
    • Proficient in monitoring and managing critical outages and major incidents.
    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
    • Willingness to address critical outages, even beyond regular working hours.
    • Experience in CargoWise One or logistics sector is beneficial but not mandatory.

    About the Team

    The position is part of our Global Product Support (GPS) team, providing an excellent opportunity to explore all aspects of CargoWise One's functionalities. The team goes beyond just supporting CargoWise One, it also encompasses infrastructure requirements and managing major outages within WTG. Team collaboration is crucial to the team's success, with a commitment to open communication 24/7.
