    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of experience (mid level)
    • Technical Skills:
      • Management of any web proxy tool (Forcepoint, Bluecoat, Palo Alto)
      • Management of any email security tool (Cisco, Symantec, Microsoft)
      • Understanding of cloud-based security tools
      • College graduate

    Role Purpose:
    • The role holder possesses specialized skills supporting multiple products for various customers. This role aims to uphold service availability and security, handling medium complexity tasks in customer projects and effectively communicating technical details to non-technical individuals.

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Technical Capability: Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, Proxy, and Email Security tools. Familiar with different deployment architectures.
    • Security Risk Capability: Comprehensive understanding of web and email security risks, mitigation, and remediation. Able to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
    • Process: Adheres to established processes, providing verified enhancements through change control and actively enhancing services.
    • Service Level: Identifies opportunities for performance enhancement, acts as an escalation point for service issues, and monitors performance through analysis.
    • Customer Relationship: Builds relationships with customers to improve service delivery.
    • Problem Solving: Takes initiative to resolve complex problems, analyzes trends, and reports information promptly to maintain service quality.
    • Team Working: Provides training and guidance to team members, collaborates in problem-solving, and represents the team leader when necessary.
    • Business Awareness: Understands customer business requirements, contract scope, and reports opportunities for additional business.
    • Professional Development: Stays informed about technical advancements to enhance service delivery.
