    Job Description
    Anthesis' core infrastructure is cloud-only and primarily Microsoft-focused (365 & AAD), with some other best-of-breed integrated Cloud platforms. Anthesis is expanding rapidly and IT support for more regions is being brought in-house and support and Security for our global platforms is a core requirement.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Monitor events generated by Anthesis's automated security tools (Microsoft 365 Defender, Cloud App Security, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, MFA fraud alerts, etc.) and assess / respond to / escalate incidents as required
    • Monitor events generated by Anthesis's automated compliance tools (365 Data Loss Prevention, Intune Compliance, JAMF, Conditional Access, etc.) and assess / respond to / escalate incidents as required
    • Manage End User Device configuration through Intune in-line with security and compliance certification requirements (e.g., Cyber Essentials, NIST 800, ISO using Microsoft Security Baselines, and industry-recognized baselines for other operating systems
    • Liaise with the Software Lead to ensure application-level compliance
    • Resolve ITSM tickets as part of a global IT Team
    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage virtual End User Device deployment and configuration via Azure Virtual Desktop
    • Work closely with the global IT Team to balance workloads across the wider team.
    • Encourage best practice in, and share knowledge with, other members of the wider IT Team to improve Anthesis' cyber security posture
    REQUIREMENTS - WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY
    • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field or equivalent practical experience.
    • With 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Experience with Intune/Microsoft EndPoint Management (MEM)
    • Compliance monitoring and remediation
    • Configuration deployment to AAD-joined Windows EUD using Microsoft Security Baselines
    • Configuration deployment to COBO & BYOD mobile EUD (iOS / Android)
    • Experience with various iterations of 365 Security Centre (currently Microsoft 365 Defender) including
    • Microsoft Defender for EndPoint (MDE, previously called ATP)
    • Cloud App Security
    • Configuration deployment to Mac EUD (macOS)
    • English language (Spanish very useful)
    DESIRABLE SKILLS
    • Experience with Cloud-only security practices in Microsoft 365 & Azure
    • Experience with Conditional Access
    • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel
    • MacOS support experience
    • Scripting experience (preferably PowerShell)
    • Any of these certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
    • MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals
    • MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals
    • MTA: Security Fundamentals
    • MTA: Mobility and Device Fundamentals
    • ITIL certification
