    Job Description

    • Execute end to end recruitment from sourcing to job offer
    • Interview sourced candidates
    • Coordinate next-level interviews until endorsement to HR
    • Initiate job calibrations and liaise with hiring managers
    • Communicate job details to potential candidates
    • Carry out initial negotiations (salary, benefits, etc.)
    • Nurture candidates in the pipeline
    • Manage job portals (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree holder in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field/equivalent experience
    • At least 5 years of solid experience in end to end recruitment
    • Strong sourcing and screening skills
    • Experience recruiting for creative, technical, digital marketing, back-office, or other IT-enabled skillsets
    • Has experience utilizing various sourcing channels and networks
    • Can work fast and with multiple competing deadlines
    • Must have a high sense of urgency and good initiative
    • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Smart and can think out of the box
    • Good researching skills
    • Excellent spoken and written English communication
    • Can work in an agile and fast paced environment
    • Amenable to work onsite from 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
