    Encoders will be reporting under the Anti-Obstruction Power Lines Project. They will perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.


    Duties:

    • Reports to Project Supervisor and Project Manager
    • Coordinates with field engineers as any administrative issues that may arise
    • Address inquiries of the building owner and may refer them to concerned coordinator and/or through MS Forms link
    • Organizing files according to the unit procedure
    • Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient project operations
    • Routes and delivers memoranda, correspondence and other important papers as may be assigned
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
    • Handles any customer concerns and issues in a timely and correct manner
    • Processes endtoend customer applications/transactions

    Job Qualification:

    • Graduate of any 4-year course
    • Proficiency in MS Office & Computer skills
    • Good oral & written communication skills
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, 3 months experience in customer service is an advantage

    Work Location:
    On-site, Mercedes Pasig
    Work Schedule: 5 working days, Monday to Friday
