    Joii Philippines Inc. provides offshore staffing solutions that allow our Australian builder clients to maximize their resources and profits by leveraging our talented pool of professionals in the Philippines. Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, IT, and Accounting services.Duties and responsibilities:
  • Ability to implement website forms
  • Build gated access logins, construct databases, and work using SQL.
  • Assist external app developers who will access and write data via API's.
  • Assist with any coding needs relating to UI designs as required.
  • Analyzing project requirements and designing solutions and features.
  • Creating wireframes and virtual prototypes to illustrate project specifics.
  • Testing code for bugs and implementing improvements and fixes.
  • Solving problems using logic and methodical testing processes.
  • Developing testing and validation processesRequirements:
  • Qualifications in IT as a Developer, Analyst Programmer, or any equivalent
  • 1 - 4 years of proven working experience as a Backend Web Developer
  • Knowledgeable in programming language such as PHP, JAVA, HTML, and/or Python
  • Knowledgeable in Azure Web Application using Azure SQL and Blob storage
  • Familiar with business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) connectors
  • Experienced in UI/UX design would be an advantage but not required
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Preferably with offshoring/ outsourcing experienceBenefits:
