About the role
We are seeking a driven and customer-centric Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Acquire Intelligence Philippines' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary package of up to 28,000 PHP.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the reservation or customer service industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
