    Stealth Monitoring is looking for talented individuals like you Be the next Quality Assurance Manager.

    The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership and direction to Quality Assurance team to streamline, integrate and improve the internal monitoring process
    • Establish common work processes, standards, tools, and coordinate quality assurance activities across teams to meet business and customer needs
    • Monitor overall progress of quality assurance per program
    • Serve as the central point of contact for QA needs across the organization to ensure client's expectations are met
    • Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization
    • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of current and proposed processes to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
    • Ensure compliance with client's standards and policies
    • Analyze and investigate complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
    • Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
    • Monitor account performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
    • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and process development
    • Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
    • Report audit results to upper management

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
    • Has at least 3 years of experience as QA Manager
    • Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor is an advantage
