- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing customers, and grow the branch's deposit portfolio
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to increase the branch's visibility and market share
- Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar branch management or banking leadership role in the retail banking sector
- Should be highly skilled in sales and negotiation, preferably with an existing base of clients within the designated region
- Proven track record of driving branch business growth, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong understanding of retail banking operations, products, and services, as well as a keen awareness of the local market dynamics
