    • Implements various types of programs and services in his/her area of assignment like education (scholarship program, youth development, and CherrySkwela related projects), social enterprise creation and development, health, and special projects;
    • Identifies appropriate target beneficiaries, assist them in defining/analyzing their problems and issues affecting them, help them set their goals for the improvement, identifies possible solutions and help them think through the strategies to overcome issues/problems affecting them;
    • Mobilizes the stakeholders to ensure active participation, sense of ownership, proper utilization of existing resources and sustainability of program in specific area or location; ❖ Prepares project proposals, implements, and continually develops projects from the priority project list that are highly relevant to the needs of target beneficiaries;
    • Formulates project goals and delivers the agreed targets, as well as exercises independent judgment in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities;
    • Conducts training needs analysis, conceptualizes, and implements trainings/seminars for target beneficiaries;
    • Conducts proper case management of scholars, and ensures that scholars receive the appropriate and timely assistance/help they deserves;
    • Organizes scholars into a dynamic youth organization that provides opportunities for personal growth and academic development;
    • Facilitates activities that mutually benefit the stakeholders;
    • Coordinates with partner organizations and represents the Agency at meetings, conferences, and other official functions;
    • Identifies and maps out local resource mobilization upon approval of immediate supervisor and top management;
    • Prepares weekly and monthly plans, reports (accomplishment report, profiling of beneficiaries, volunteers and partner institutions, etc.) and provides updates/status of work to Operations Manager;
    • Performs office routines such as proper filing of documents, requisition, and liquidation of budget;
    • Delivers outputs/outcomes based on agreed targets;
    • Performs other related functions as required by Operations Manager.
