    Job Description
    Account management:
    . Be Responsible for account management
    . Involves in fee and cost strategies
    . Identify and support key business segments in Philippines
    . Develop continual revenue from key accounts
    . Introduce new 'learning' and solutions into new clients
    . Actively looking for new opportunities to grow the business
    Operations:
    . Liaising with APAC team members for the planning and implementation of the program for all Philippine based
    clients
    . Setting up the program and providing all the necessary backend support
    . Reviewing and managing program budget and costs
    . Working closely with relevant vendors for program materials to be printed locally
    . Being the onsite support for all the programs of the Philippine-based clients
    . Being involved in the account management for organizational transformation initiatives with selected strategic
    accounts
    Requirements
    1. University degree, strongly preferred
    2. Good communication skills and proficient in English
    3. 5 years' experience in business development and/or solutions selling
    4. Experience in account management, and especially growing revenue from key accounts
    5. Passion for leadership development, enjoys challenges and possess good cross-cultural savv
