    Payroll and Benefits Assistant - Quezon City, Philippines, Pilipinas - Nabati Food Philippines

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in entering and reviews the weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll time data, employee maintenance, new hire, benefits data, and terminated employees for processing.
    • Audits payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.
    • Handles employee benefits, including orientation, timely enrollment/termination, and auditing/endorsing invoices for payment processing.
    • Prepares required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Supports the administration of all employee benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations.
    • Coordinate with the applicable government agencies to manage claims filed or submitted by the employees (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG).

    Job Requirements

    • BS/BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field
    • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Payroll and Benefits Assistant/Specialist
    • Hands-on experience with HR databases and payroll
    • Understanding of general human resources/payroll policies and procedures, particularly in the Philippines
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Has shown ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data, ability to provide excellent customer service a must.
    • Ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential information
    • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
