    Job Summary
    An exciting opportunity for a Lead Quality Analyst play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services for a leading client in the Insurance sector.
    You will have the opportunity to shape the quality assurance process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on the organization's success.
    Mandatory Skill-set
    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required;
    • Has a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst;
    • Experience in handling a team of Quality Analysts and mentor them;
    • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and optimal practices;
    • Capable of proficiently crafting and implementing test plans, test cases, and test scripts;
    • Sound familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies along with Automation Testing skills;
    • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, adept at critically thinking and identifying the underlying causes of quality concerns;
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    Desired Skill-set
    • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools;
    • Certified in TOSCA / Selenium / Automation testing tools;
    • Experience working in the Insurance Industry.
    Responsibilities
    • Lead the quality assurance process to ensure that products and services consistently meet or surpass customer expectations and industry benchmarks;
    • Establish and execute quality assurance strategies, approaches, and top practices to maintain uniform and efficient testing procedures;
    • Work alongside diverse teams, including development, product management, and operations, to establish quality standards and requirements for projects;
    • Formulate and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and user experience;
    • Conduct meticulous and methodical testing of applications, systems, and workflows to pinpoint defects, glitches, and other quality concerns;
    • Involved in the identification, monitoring, and resolution of quality issues, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions;
    • Create and sustain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and scripts, ensuring their alignment with project needs and keeping them up-to-date;
    • Work with stakeholders to establish and monitor vital quality metrics, offering reports on quality status and trends;
    • Continuously assess and refine the quality assurance process, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and outcomes;
    • Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
