Job summary
This job involves leading the development and management of company-wide compensation frameworks, including salary structures, job leveling, and pay governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing incentive programs to drive performance and productivity.,Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field (Masters degree preferred) ,
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits with leadership experience ,
- Strong exposure to retail FMCG or multi-site operations is preferred ,
- Degree knowledge of compensation design incentives benefits administration labor compliance analytics stakeholder management leadership skills are required.
