Job summary
The Rewards & Operations Head is responsible for the overall strategy and management of Rewards programs, initiatives and Compensation and Benefits Operations of Perfetti Van Melle (PVM) entities in scope.This includes overseeing the administration for employee data, payroll, compensation and benefits program, on-boarding to off-boarding, facilities and vendor management (Philippines).
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the development of Total Rewards programs, practices and policies; including the annual Compensation Cycle and regular Job Evaluations.Leads the coordination of compensation and benefits/pension program management for legislative changes and communication. Tracks,
