About this position
The Assistant Accounting Manager will be an integral part of the Accounting and Finance team of TELEDATA. This role is responsible for providing financial analysis, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, and a desire to drive the company's financial success. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain effective internal accounting processes and procedures
2. Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with in accordance with GAAP & PFRS.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
4. Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
5. Lead and coach finance team by providing accurate financial inputs to AP Team well as Purchasing Team.
6. Monitor cash flow and ensure timely collections of receivables.
7. Establish and monitor internal controls
8. Oversee and Spearheads Collection Team
9. Provides financial Inputs to Sales & Operations team in minimizing and/ or mitigating risk.
10. Analyze financial performance and advise senior management on potential areas of improvement
11. Assist and interface in resolving Tax related issues.
