    Position Overview

    We are seeking dedicated Bilingual Chinese - English Customer Support Agents to serve as Happiness Officers. In this role, you will provide courteous and professional assistance through email and live-chat communication channels. A genuine desire to assist others and maintain composure under pressure are key qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.

    Responsibilities Include

    • Representing our brand consistently in customer interactions
    • Creating memorable experiences through exceptional service across various platforms
    • Translating product content and customer communications into Chinese
    • Developing expertise in our product and internal tools to assist customers effectively
    • Cultivating positivity in all customer and team engagements

    Requirements

    To excel as a Happiness Officer, you should possess:
    • Proficiency in both Chinese and English
    • A sincere passion for aiding individuals with diverse learning styles
    • A continuous drive for learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
    • Prior experience in fast-paced customer service environments
    • Availability for full-time engagement (40 hours per week)
    • Access to a designated working space with specific technical specifications (e.g., computer with 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS , Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher, and 20Mbps internet connection)
