We are seeking a seasoned professional who will roll up their sleeves to handle day-to-day tasks at 70% and employ strategic thinking at 30% to navigate the intricate landscape of PPC while harnessing the power of AI for search content creation.     Key Competencies and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic performance-driven digital marketing initiatives targeting customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth
    • Plan, strategize, create, manage, and optimize Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across diverse platforms, including Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Video, and Shopping), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing/Microsoft Ads, aligning with business objectives and KPIs
    • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, forecast trends, identify target audiences, and analyze competitors to fine-tune advertising campaigns for maximum ROI
    • Budget and monitor advertising spending, track campaign performance, and analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA) or cost per conversion (cost/conv), and return on ad spend (ROAS)/return on investment (ROI)
    • Implement and oversee retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers who have expressed interest in the company's products or services
    • Build audience targeting plans and campaign structures
    • Set up and manage analytics, e-commerce conversion tracking, and reporting systems using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) to monitor campaign performance and gain data-driven insights for decision-making
    • Influence organic and website strategy on your learnings and results from PPC campaigns, in collaboration with others on the team
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to combine social media content calendar, captions, and images
    • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and foster engagement
    • Seek new Ad serving platforms where the company could growth and obtain more paid sales
    • Prepare regular performance reports, deliver presentations, and provide stakeholders with data-driven insights, recommendations, and actionable solutions
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and new platforms to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in digital marketing strategies
    • Create visually appealing display ads on brand utilizing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite,Google Web Designer and video editing software such as Adobe CC Products (Premier Rush, Premier Pro, and After Effects) - nice to have
