What you'll do:

As a Social Media Manager, you will blend the roles of an Executive Assistant (EA) and a Social Media Manager. In this role, you'll need to be self-motivated, efficient, and organized. Your responsibilities will include managing our day-to-day social media marketing efforts while providing essential support to our two Directors.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Full run of social media management and content creation
Must have strong skills over all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Threads, TikTok as minimum)
Film and edit social media videos like a pro, quickly turning around content to jump on platforms trends
Tell stories in the most engaging way possible
Ensure content consistency across different platforms, managing a cohesive brand image
Strategise, create and execute interactive social media content thats sets the brand apart from our competitors
Data entry for client base and management and uploading of listings to various websites
Client care and follow up of buyer enquiries
Assisting with document preparations
Preparation of business information packs

Successful candidates must have:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative
Extensive experience with Facebook, Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and Threads
Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
