    EukaPay is a cryptocurrency payment platform that provides businesses with payment solutions, including invoicing, checkouts, payment links, ticketing, donations, APIs, and POS payments on iOS, Android, and other payment terminals.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Toronto, ON, with some work from home acceptable. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, generating engaging content for social media platforms, conducting social media analysis and reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage social media content plans and implement them accordingly.
    • Publish content, monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments.
    • Oversee day-to-day social content and ensure brand consistency.
    • Curate & produce high-quality, engaging, content that can be used cross-platform.
    • Operate, maintain and grow multiple social media channels, existing (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Pinterest) and new (TikTok, Reddit), as well as output and results for each.
    • Community management; respond to comments & customer queries in a timely manner
    • Prepare weekly, and monthly reports, and monitor progress.
    • Work with internal team to resolve customer issues and inquiries through social media.
    • Keep up on the latest trends, changes and use best practices in the social media world.
    • Draw insights and actionable steps for consistent improvement from the social media activities.
    • Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results.
    • Analyze social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to the team with hot topics, breaking news, market observations.
    • Working cross-functionally with content production and other teams
    • Coordinate content creation cycle in Trello board (daily)
    • Content quality assurance (QA) including proofreading for grammar & visual style

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience managing social media account
    • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in developing and executing successful content strategies for digital marketing
    • Digital Marketing skills, such as SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing
    • Experience with social media management platforms, analytics, and reporting tools
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • Experience in the FinTech or cryptocurrency industry is a plus
