    Position Description:

    • Develop and execute content strategies, responsible for the daily operation of accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, continuously update and improve account content and interaction.
    • Participate in planning creative social media content themes, and responsible for executing content implementation and dissemination, increase user engagement, and be responsible for account subscription, coverage, and revenue metrics.
    • Continuously track and summarize popular TikTok videos, capture hot topics, generate creative ideas for the team, and create explosive content.
    • Possess mature methodologies with demonstrable reusable effects, and have practical cases of building social media platforms from scratch.
    • Plan and execute community activities and content, maintain the activity of community users, and improve the conversion rate of community users within the product.
    • Effectively gather target users and establish segmentation. Design activities and create content targeted at different user segments, hold community events, and interact with users to achieve payment goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Over 3 years of social media operation experience (excluding cross-border e-commerce hosting), active users on social platforms, familiar with platform dissemination methods and rules, with strong user analysis and data analysis abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in studying abroad in Europe or America, English can be used as a working language.
    • Passionate about film and television content, sensitive to the Internet, able to provide personalized and data-driven analysis of current content trends.
    • Proficient in image and video editing skills, rich in writing creative communication copy.
    • Good communication skills, strong logical thinking in text and language, capable of independently handling client communication and related operation report output work.
    • Clear logical thinking, good team spirit, strong independent thinking ability, and learning ability.
