    The Senior Operations Manager oversees, supports, and manages the delivery of creative and adaptation projects. Understanding all thecreative and adaptation process elements from end-to-end.
    Responsibilities:
    • Managing the day-to-day running of the Studios; managing all operations, making full use of project management and collaboration tools
    • Managing the budget for each project, along with financial tracking and controls. Efficiently managing studio time and the Design team, in alignment with the budget
    • Assessing, negotiating, and clarifying client briefs and assigning appropriate designers to a project.
    • Proofing and reviewing designs and checking documents before they are shared with the account team/client
    • Assisting on creative production when needed and meeting with team members for feedback.
    • Creating and implementing deadlines, project goals, expectations, workflows, to ensire a smooth production process with on-time delivery.

    Requirements
    • +6 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager with a production background
    • Familiar with creative project briefs, processes, workflows.
    • Experienced in facing multiple clients in escalations, negotiations, and meetings
    • Has a good grasp in handling multiple teams and managing resources
