The main responsibilities of a BILLING ANALYST include:
.Read and interpret complex contracts to ensure billing accuracy
.Ensure transactions comply with internal policies and procedures
.Ensure orders are actioned timely and related billing workbooks are completed
.Effectively manage time between billing order queue and responding to customer inquiries via Zendesk ticketing portal relating to invoices, payments, and contractual obligations
.Perform month and quarter end close activities and reconciliations
.Work collaboratively with Accounting, Customer Success, Sales, Sales Operation and Legal
.Perform ad hoc projects as needed
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
.3-5 years of billing experience or related field
.Fluent in the English language
.AA or BA in accounting, finance or related field
.Proactive mindset, team player
.Strong attention to detail
.Proficient Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
.Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:
.Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
.Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
.2x2 & Half body picture with white background
.Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
.Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
.Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
.Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
