- Execute communication plans: Implement internal and external communication strategies to support organizational initiatives.
- Manage brand consistency: Ensure all content aligns with TMC's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Drive media engagement: Build relationships with media outlets, draft press releases, and monitor coverage.
- Support digital campaigns: Collaborate with the digital team to enhance online engagement and reputation.
- Analyze performance: Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
- Foster internal engagement: Develop newsletters, announcements, and organize internal events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- A graduate of Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
- Has 3–6 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or media, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Skilled in content creation, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiar with analytics tools and comfortable using data to optimize strategies.
- A strategic role in shaping the voice and image of a leading healthcare institution.
