- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with program milestones and campaigns.
- Translate program initiatives into compelling digital content that resonates with educators and community stakeholders.
- Ensure all messaging reflects GBF's mission, values, and brand voice.
- Create engaging and educational digital content (copy, visuals, captions, reels, short-form content).
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and freelancers to produce high-quality multimedia materials.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms and digital communities.
- Plan, execute, and boost social media campaigns to increase program awareness and engagement.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and monitor campaign performance.
- Optimize paid campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, click-through rate, and conversions.
- Prepare regular digital performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance digital engagement.
- Work closely with Program Officers to ensure accurate and timely communication of initiatives.
- Supervise and provide direction to freelancers or content contributors.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management with emphasis on content calendar creation, project management and coordination, ads management and social media analytics
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience in managing paid social media ads and monitoring ad budgets.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to write copy, do basic graphic design and video editing skills on Canva
- Experience in social media management is needed, particularly Tiktok and Facebook
