About the role

As the Founder's Associate at Pulse63 Healthcare Ventures, you'll hold a pivotal position, driving organizational efficiency and strategic alignment across our diverse healthcare portfolio while working closely with the leadership team. This role offers a dynamic array of tasks, presenting a steep learning curve and extensive exposure to top-tier founders and startup leaders.

Requirements

• Passionate about healthcare and committed to shaping the industry in emerging markets.
• Highly ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Graduate from a Top-Tier University
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Consulting, Startup, Venture Building, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of startup operations.
• Detail-oriented and willing to engage in on-the-ground work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives to advance the company's mission and goals.
• Drive organizational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors and industry partners, for venture support and collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and areas for improvement.
• Lead Finance & HR responsibilities, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and human resource management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
