    Junior ITAM Analyst

    We are looking for a detail-orientedJunior ITAM Analyst – Software Asset Managementto support the LNRSG Software Asset Management (SAM) team. This role focuses on software license tracking, entitlement documentation, financial processing support, and compliance monitoring across the asset lifecycle.

    The position serves as a key liaison between LNRSG stakeholders and the Manila entitlements team, ensuring software assets are properly documented, reconciled, and aligned with compliance requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Software Asset Management processes by maintaining accurate records of software licenses, warranties, and service agreements.

    • Ensure all software purchase requests are properly documented and all completed entitlement records are submitted to the ITAM Entitlements team.

    • Assist in financial aspects of ITAM operations, including:

    • Purchase order processing

    • Credit card reconciliation

    • Coding to cost centers using respective financial systems 
      (This role does not require prior purchasing experience; tasks are administrative in nature and training will be provided.)

    • Assist in responding to email inquiries related to ITAM activities within LNRSG.

    • Actively update and maintain status changes and documentation within the ServiceNow system.

    • Support reconciliation and accuracy of all software and hardware assets purchased and inventoried.

    • Perform ad-hoc research and reporting related to software licensing and entitlement compliance.

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Working knowledge of fundamental concepts and procedures used in apurchasing and asset management environment.

    • Working knowledge ofsoftware licensingprinciples and compliance requirements.

    • Working knowledge ofreconciling software licensing and maintenance terms and conditions, ensuring procured rights and quantities align with compliant software deployment.

    • Experience with Software Asset Management tools such asServiceNow, Fusion, or similar enterprise systems.

    • Understanding of the procurement lifecycle and industry best practices.

    • Experience in asset lifecycle management, compliance, and process improvement.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven environment.

    • Strong time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
