    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the leasing process, from prospecting to negotiating and executing lease agreements.
    • Manage tenant relations, including responding to maintenance requests, addressing concerns and complaints, and enforcing lease terms.
    • Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.
    • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to real estate and property management.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and promote tenant satisfaction.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and reports related to property management.
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders and represent the company in a professional manner.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is preferable.
    • A Real Estate license is preferable.
    • At least 3 years of experience in real estate/property management.
    • A solid understanding of real estate, property management, and leasing principles and practices.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Real Estate Software (Avail, Buildium, etc.).
