    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The System Construction Coordination Manager, also known as OPC Manager, oversees all construction and installation activities of Alstom Sub Systems. They ensure compliance with project and company strategies, policies, standards, local regulations, and professional standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate Alstom's internal and external stakeholders
    • Monitor construction progress and compare to planned timelines
    • Manage work scheduling by consolidating data from constructors
    • Report construction progress to stakeholders
    • Maintain detailed records of activities and events
    • Oversee communication with external parties and ensure documentation availability
    • Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance
    • Monitor quality standards and training requirements
    • Contribute to Testing and Commissioning coordination
    • Prepare and report financial budget
    • Review project schedule and assess impacts of changes
    • Collaborate with Project Construction Manager and Traffic Management Team
    • Performance measurements include QCDP and risk management

    Educational Requirements

    Candidates should have a highly qualified technician or Engineer degree level, or equivalent experience

    Experience

    • Prior experience in major Infrastructure Projects or Company Branch Management
    • Cost and planning control expertise
    • Background in EHS
