    Construction Project Manager Assistant (Intermediate), be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    A Construction Project Manager Assistant (Intermediate) is expected to:
    • Provide support to the project manager's daily activities
    • Log in and collaborate everyday with your team through Microsoft Teams (chat, calls, and videoconferences)
    • Use task management tools (ClickUp, Microsoft To-Do) to efficiently handle the projects' tasks
    • Monitor and use email (Outlook) to track progress and ensure communication is smooth with contractors, vendors, etc.
    • Navigate and use project plans and specifications to execute daily activities and solve issues
    • Assist in the creation of project documentation such as submittals, reports, RFIs and Change Orders
    • Support on material procurement and equipment rentals as required by the project schedules
    • Assist on job coordination; crews, material, equipment, traffic control, surveys, work plans, inspections
