    Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager in establishing the Project Chart of AccountsAssist Project Manager and Superintendent in the development and updating of the CPM Construction ScheduleAssist Project Manager in the development of the Subcontracts and Purchase OrdersAssist the Project Manager in producing a responsibility listing for the entire Project Staff, which shall include administrative assignmentsCoordinate, implement and monitor Project Engineer training and developmentProvide administrative support for the Project SuperintendentProvide leadership to the Project Staff and the ProjectAnalyze and monitor job costs and maintain accurate reportsManage and be responsible for processing and tracking the monthly Owner Payment ApplicationTrack, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders and, if applicable, claimsAssist the Project Manager in analyzing and completing the Quarterly Profit Project ReportsAssist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing the quantity reports and analyzing the labor costs.

    Implement all applicable safety programs, EEO programs and Affirmative Action Program on the ProjectAssist in establishing, maintaining, and leading the on-site Total Quality Management processManage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout processPrograms and EEO/Affirmative Action Programs on the ProjectQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering related field required3-7 Years Construction Experience on relevant projectsAdvanced knowledge of construction principles/practices requiredDirect experience on heavy civil projectsKnowledge of earthwork and underground utilities requiredStrong work ethic and desire to work in a team environmentExperience in managing Field StaffDemonstrated track record of jobsite safety excellenceExperience building relationships with Owners
