    Assistant Accounting Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The person in this position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The individual in this position plays a crucial part in monitoring the financial health of the organization by providing financial insights to support decision-making processes. In addition, the role will support the Finance Controller in overseeing the general accounting functions of the organization by assisting in managing the general accounting team, implementing financial controls, and supporting various accounting and finance functions.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with exposure to financial reporting, financial analysis, and general accounting is preferred.
    • Experience in SAP ECC is also desirable.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    • Must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
    • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure is required.
