    Job Description

    • Manage internal and external stakeholders
    • Guide and Mentor Trainers and Training Interns
    • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and come up with Training interventions
    • Design and implement training projects and initiatives for the program
    • Build business review packs and participate during the actual reviews
    • Timely and accurate submission of Training Reports and handover documents (Training Dashboards, Training Calendar, etc.)
    • Create and maintain accurate documentation in line with the organization policies and standards such as ISO 9001
    • Manage Training KPIs (Throughput, performance, etc.)

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 year experience in managing a training team preferably in a BPO setup
    • Completed at least 2nd Year college
    • General Insurance Background is preferred
    • Amenable to work Onsite in QC
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods is a plus
    • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
    • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
    • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
