- A degree in BS Accountancy
- A CPA license is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices is a must
- Must have at least three years' worth of meaningful work experience in payroll preparation and bookkeeping
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- Strong technical skills—able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease
- Independent and has a positive work attitude and ethics
- With strong time management and organizational skills
- document all payroll-related transaction entries;
- validate computations of employee wages, benefits, tax deductions, before recording on SAP;
- ensure payroll software matches recording on SAP;
- take charge of generating fixed assets in SAP and assist in month-end closing;
- lead in balance sheet accounts analysis and reconciliation;
- ensure the remittance of BIR forms 1601C, 1604 CF, 1702Q, and 1702MX;
- PEZA forms 8105 and 8106
- TIMTA reports
- Other PEZA reports; and
- perform other tasks as required by the company
