Essential Functions
· Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and/or Python to support analytical and reporting needs
· Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
· Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and trend identification to uncover insights and opportunities
· Translate business questions and requirements into clear analytical approaches, data pipelines, or model‑driven solutions
· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs, validate assumptions, and deliver actionable insights
· Prepare, visualize, and present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels
· Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and documentation across all analytical and reporting processes
· Interpret and explain model outputs, performance metrics, and insights in a way that is meaningful to business stakeholders
· Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis
· Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and translation of complex concepts into practical business actions
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
· Hands-on experience with either Python, Power BI, Tableau, or SAS
· Good to have:
o Knowledge of statistical techniques or machine learning basics
o Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
