JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role involves building dashboards, analyzing trends, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting KPIs using SQL, Excel, and BI tools in a hybrid night-shift setup.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field
- 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power User level), including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- Strong expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries, performing joins, aggregations, and optimizing performance.
- Experience utilizing cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or other data warehouse solutions.
- Proven experience in building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI tools.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exposure to Python or R for analytical tasks
- Experience supporting operational, financial, or marketplace-style datasets.
DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics
- Build and maintain data models, queries, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and performance gaps; provide insights and recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards
- Support monthly reports, KPIs, and executive metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytical solutions
- Assist with root cause analysis and ad-hoc reporting as needed

Address: MOA, Pasay City
Setup: Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO)
Schedule: Night Shift (9:00PM to 6:00AM)
