- Design and execute customer journeys using software to personalize communication, nurture leads, and drive conversions, focusing on data, integration (CRM, analytics), and multi-channel campaigns to improve efficiency, ROI, and customer experience by aligning tech with business goals.
- Create complex, multi-step automated flows for targeting, onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, and building brand loyalty across the customer lifecycle.
- Collect, clean, integrate, and maintain customer data from various sources (web, email, social) in the marketing database.
- Integrate customer data, define audience segments, and apply lead scoring for hyper personalization.
- Serve as the liaison between marketing campaign and marketing automation teams, providing strategic guidance and technical support to build and launch integrated campaigns in line with growth targets.
- Analyze and interpret customer data to develop insights into how, when, and why customers are interacting with our campaigns.
- Measure performance (opens, conversions) and report insights to improve future campaigns
- Orchestrate end-to-end project life cycles, from inception and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Partners across marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure data-driven, scalable solutions that maximize platform effectiveness and campaign impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems, or related field.
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in marketing technology, digital engagement, or related fields or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools, personalization strategies, and automation workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
