    We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Vendor and Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vendor relationships and contracts within the IT department. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of IT procurement processes.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
    2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
    3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor management framework to track performance metrics and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
    4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and align vendor solutions with organizational objectives.
    5. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
    6. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement within the vendor management function.
    7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT vendor management and procurement.
    8. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on vendor management processes and procedures.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT vendor management and contract negotiation.
    3. Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and contracts in a corporate environment.
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    6. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Vendor Management) are a plus.
    7. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
