    The Finance Manager/Controller is tasked with providing financial and analytical support to assigned business units of the RAMCAR group. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial and operational data to various stakeholders to facilitate management decisions and help generate business insights.

    Throughout your work, you will be expected to develop a multi-disciplinary approach in your analysis and/or problem-solving through exposure to various parts of the business, such as Food & Battery Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Financial Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and others. A strong interest and knowledge in finance and excellent quantitative ability is essential to help achieve operational efficiencies, cost savings, and other strategic projects and milestones set by senior management.

    The Finance Manager/Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and success of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • and present monthly financial performance including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Cash Flow (CF) statements.
    • in the preparation of weekly/monthly analysis and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • and maintain long-term financial models, including sales and expense forecasting, capex projections, and debt planning.
    • in senior management calls to discuss group-wide strategies and business unit-specific updates, incorporating insights into financial models and projections.
    • and report key performance metrics of specific business units, identifying areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.
    • ad hoc analysis and support for special projects as requested by senior management.
    • with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for financial analysis.
    • updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, preferably with Latin Honors.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance roles.
    • Strong background in accounting principles and financial analysis.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Expertise in financial modeling techniques and tools.
    • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to stakeholder and non-financial stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
