Job summary
The Quality Manager ensures smooth functioning of Quality Compliance function in client processes while ensuring compliance requirements are met.Key responsibilities include designing new processes for QC functioning, leading process improvement projects, training personnel on quality tools and concepts and mentoring leads.
Technical skills include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with more than three years of experience,
COPC training/certification,
and excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Project management skills to drive improvement projects/initiatives.
- Analytical skills.
