We're looking for a smart and hard working person to join our team of 30+ passionate staff building the future of insurance technology. The role represents a great opportunity for someone wanting to hone their skills as a developer and develop their career. You will receive training and mentoring with a fully mapped out learning program and learning hours allocated each week.

We also make the remote work environment fun with team building activities run over zoom, competitions and prizes.

What we offer:

Permanent, full-time day job at the comfort of your own home (40 hours per week)
Base salary of PHP 70,000 to 100,000 per month (depends on skills and experience)
Generous bonuses paid to high performing staff

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent Written and Spoken English
5+ years experience as a developer
3+ years working with C# and .NET
Experience with Angular or similar front end technology
An understanding Object Oriented Design principles and basic design patterns
A commitment to code quality and continuous improvement
A solid understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies in general
Experience working with databases, SQL or ORM technologies such as Entity Framework
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
Modern and reliable computer with quality microphone, headset and webcam for clear communication
Fast and reliable internet connection (fiber or Starlink, not mobile internet)
Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)
Must be currently residing in the Philippines
Available to work from 7am to 4pm PH time (1 hour of breaks)

Duties and responsibilities:

Analyze and estimate work in sprint planning sessions by playing planning poker
Build and maintain high quality, modular and reusable code and components
Design and publish REST APIs, and connect and integrate with external APIs
Design and develop software features and modules into our platform
Create and maintain project related documentation and how-to guides
Upgrade libraries, improve security, and fix bugs
Write and execute test cases to ensure performance and correct function of software
Participate in peer group discussions about best practice and ideal solutions to problems
Conduct code reviews
