Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Responsible for over-all quality health check of the plant through conduct of GMP audits for Compliance, Process and Trade for customer/trade Quality Assurance through warehouse and trade outlet assessment.

What are the Responsibilities

Compliance

• One GRMP Audit, Action Plant Management & ARR validation with process owners
• Systems Implementation Audit, Action Planning and Validation
• Process Audit (Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures), Action Planning and Validation
• Technical Audit (Assessment of Equipment to Comply to Operating Standard and Procedures), Action Planning and Validation
• Assist QA Analyst in conducting Line Start-up / Shutdown Clearance

Process

• Data Analysis and Stratification using Statistical Tools
• Root Cause Investigation of Quality and Food Safety Issues
• HACCP/Quality/FS Control Verification
• Participates in the execution of the Freedom within A Framework (FWAF) for Quality
• Initiates / Leads Quality Improvements and CIT Projects
• Procedure and Process Change Method Validation
• SAP-QM Implementation and Maintenance
• Work with Process Owner for Corrective Action

Trade

• Consolidated Warehouse and Regional Distributors (RD) Audit
• GWP & Product Handling Audit
• BO Validation - Verification of Causes of Defcts and Classification including Inventory
• Products Freshness Audit - Verification of Compliance to Product Ageing Standard to ensure no expired products
• Monitors effectiveness of Corrective Actions on GWP findings.

What are the Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical Engineer
• Preferably licensed Chemical Technician
• Strong analytical and good communication
• Amenable to work in Malvar, Batangas
