    We're looking for a Business Development Executive. Not just someone who can sell, but someone who can run things. This role is part of the operational backbone of the company. You'll own the moving parts that keep INTRIC running smoothly, from managing developer agreements and listing pipelines to coordinating with our partners and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
    • Proficiency in business acumen and strategic planning
    • Exceptional Communication skills and ability to effectively articulate ideas
    • Experience in Account Management and establishing long-term client relationships
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
    • Prior experience in the Real Estate, financial services, or technology sector is an advantage

    What You'll Own:

     Listing Management & Operations

     - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of property listings on the platform, from onboarding new developments to keeping live listings accurate and up to date

     - Coordinate with developers and partners to gather listing data, media assets, pricing, and availability updates

     - Ensure listing quality and completeness across the platform

     Agreements & Documentation

     - Prepare, manage, and track partnership agreements, commission structures, and onboarding documentation

     - Maintain organized records of all active and prospective partner relationships

     - Follow up on pending agreements and ensure timely execution

     Partner & Developer Relationship Management

     - Serve as the primary point of contact for developer partners and broker networks

     - Build and maintain strong working relationships that drive repeat business and long-term collaboration

     - Proactively identify new partnership opportunities across key markets

     Business Development & Growth

     - Identify and pursue new developers, brokers, and institutional partners to expand INTRIC's portfolio

     - Support go-to-market initiatives and represent INTRIC at industry events and meetings

     - Provide market feedback to the product and leadership team to help shape strategy

     General Admin & Coordination

     - Keep internal processes organized: CRM updates, pipeline tracking, reporting

     - Coordinate across teams (product, marketing, leadership) to ensure alignment on priorities

     - Flag issues early and propose solutions. Don't wait to be told.

     - You're comfortable in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats, moving fast, and figuring things out.

     - Experience in real estate, proptech, or property investment is a strong plus but not required. Attitude and capability matter more.
