    The Procurement Manager oversees assigned procurement categories and works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive strategic sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, and supply continuity. The role ensures effective supplier management, spend monitoring, and contract governance to deliver sustainable value to the organization.

    What You'll Do:

    • Manage assigned procurement categories including strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract management.
    • Analyze demand forecasts, supplier capacity, and market conditions to identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans.
    • Recommend the optimal supplier mix and sourcing strategies to support current and future business needs.
    • Conduct supplier capability assessments and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
    • Perform spend analysis, price benchmarking, and cost breakdown analysis to identify savings opportunities.
    • Lead negotiations for strategic and complex procurement transactions.
    • Partner with stakeholders to support procurement requirements including new projects, urgent requests, and alternative sourcing solutions.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related course.
    • At least 6-8 years of strategic procurement experience.
    • Strong competencies in supply management, supplier management, negotiation, cost management, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.
