    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Representative to join our team in U.S. Its a leading financial institution dedicated in providing excellent financial services to our customers.

    A Financial Services Representative plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial guidance and support to clients. As a Financial Services Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses make informed decisions regarding their financial situation and financial goal.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound inquiries from U.S. consumers about personal financing.
    • Efficiently complete quick personal finance application forms

    Requirements:
    • Strong understanding of the U.S. financial industry, especially related to consumer finance.
    • Knowledge of credit ratings, their implications, and how they impact financing decisions.
    • Familiarity with basic standards and practices of financing in the U.S.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S. or Australian campaigns, preferably in credit card, or personal finance.
    • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.

    Desired Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle queries professionally and maintain a customer-centric approach.

    Benefits:
    • Competitive salary package + commission
    • Commissions: tier structure 25k to 100k month
    • Anniversary and 13th month bonus available after probationary period
