Advisor, Strategic Sourcing Indirect - Taguig

Job summary
Develops and executes strategic plans by leveraging market intelligence industry knowledge cross-functional collaboration Competitive advantage is created through supplier selection and management contract negotiation supply chain optimization risk mitigation Responsible for developing executing strategy to source indirect goods services to support business stakeholders programs Perform analysis in order to select supplier negotiate best value for Cardinal Health Provide supplier relationship management contract compliance management including maximization of financial deliverables risk mitigation May work within various procurement systems to execute purchase orders resolve technical issues as identified Category Sourcing Lead for the assigned indirect categories that may include IT MRO Material Handling Equipment Packaging Materials Manage relationships with vendors including vendor selection elimination performance review activities Maintain working knowledge of existing contracts navigate contract extensions supplier relations Work with business partners determine sourcing needs provide indirect sourcing support Collaborate Accounts Payable Treasury FP&A commercial stakeholders markets Collaborate cross functionally legal on sourcing contract drafting negotiations finalization third party vendors Stay abreast strategic projects ensure timely execution of sourcing demands Comply with procurement Quality Compliance procedures Drive purchasing discipline compliance internal stakeholders Work closely legal Compliance teams ensure favorable contract purchasing terms Negotiate execute Non-Disclosure Agreements NDAs suppliers working closely legal Provide operations support needed COE Repair Maintenance Risk Assessment teams Communicate effectively external internal stakeholders Takes initiative issue resolution problem solving
